In August 2024, Ignacio G. Galán, assistant professor of architecture, was elected to the Journal of Architectural Education (JAE) editorial board.
Founded in 1947, JAE is a peer-reviewed international journal published by the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture. It is a platform for architectural educators, scholars, designers, writers, and organizers to share their research and contribute to the ongoing transformation of the architectural field toward an inclusive and sustainable future. As part of the journal’s editorial board, Galán will join a team of distinguished architectural scholars appointed by the ACSA board of directors. The board serves as the primary peer-review body for all JAE submissions.
