Lindsay Harkema (she/her) is an architect, educator, founder of the feminist design collective WIP: Work In Progress | Women In Practice, and a founding member of the shared design practice WIP Collaborative. Her design, research, and teaching projects engage the public realm and aim to transform conventional norms of architecture practice by centering care, equity, and co-creation.
